Aviara® Liberty is being built in phases over roughly a decade. Rather than attach dates to elements that depend on financing, approvals, and agency review cycles outside our control, we report where each part of the plan actually stands.
This page is the single source for that. It is updated as stages change — including the quarters when nothing visible has changed.

How to read this page
- Planned — included in the current master plan, subject to future approvals, design, financing, and scheduling
- Committed — supported by an approved agreement, authorized scope, or confirmed decision
- Under construction — active work has started, and current site conditions support the statement
- Complete — the improvement has opened or entered service
Anything marked Planned is a plan, not a promise. We would rather say that plainly than imply a certainty we don't have.
Complete
- PD-FLEX rezoning — approved by the Liberty City Council in November 2022, covering approximately 1,075 acres
- Master plan entitlement — nine villages, with residential, commercial, and public uses
- First land acquisition — 120 acres in northwest Liberty, closed [MONTH YEAR]
- First village design —
- Infrastructure design — roads, utilities, grading, and stormwater
Under way
- Site infrastructure for the first village
